Shipping & Returns

I usually ship orders the next business day. Sometimes life happens, things come up, or I am out of town, so if there is any delay more than 1-2 days, I will let you know.

You will receive a tracking # via email when your order has shipped. 

Shipping insurance is not included in the shipping charge, If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please contact me for price, or choose Priority shipping and it is insured up to $50. Once the package is handed over to USPS, I am no longer liable for it, it is out of my hands, and USPS will not replace the product if it was not shipped Priority or with insurance. Please keep this in mind. :)

Exceptions:  If you believe you have received the wrong item or a defective item, please contact us immediately.  You must contact us with 7 days of the package being delivered. If you do not contact us within those 7 days, the sale is final.
